Delivery
Orders ship subject to stock and operations. Estimated timing is shown at confirmation. On this site, listed product prices include VAT and standard shipping; checkout shows shipping as 0 TRY.
Withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw after delivery (legal exceptions reserved). Hygiene limits may apply to opened/used products.
Returns
Send return requests to petiwelltr@gmail.com with your order number. Eligible refunds return to the original payment method.
